Global Shutter, True Motion

Unlike traditional rolling shutter systems, the KOMODO features a global shutter sensor. As a result, it captures smooth motion without distortion or skew. This makes it ideal for handheld work, fast action, and VFX-heavy scenes. In addition, the camera boasts 16 stops of dynamic range, preserving fine detail in both highlights and shadows.

Flexible Canon RF Mount

The camera uses a native Canon RF mount, which supports a wide range of RF lenses. You can also adapt EF lenses for full electronic control and autofocus. This flexibility allows creators to use their favorite glass without compromise.

Efficient Recording Formats

Shoot in REDCODE RAW for maximum control in post-production. Alternatively, use Apple ProRes for faster workflows. The KOMODO records up to 6K at 40 fps, 4K at higher frame rates, and offers excellent ProRes quality for run-and-gun scenarios.
