4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • 14-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, untouched, factory-sealed condition. Opened or activated electronics are not eligible for return.

  • 15% Restocking Fee: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which must be settled via debit card, credit card, or cash prior to return authorization. This fee may be waived at our discretion for pristine, factory-sealed items.
