At Downey Camera, we strive to get your photography and computing gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because we carry high-value equipment, we use FedEx to ensure reliable delivery with accurate tracking.

1. Shipping Origin & Rates All orders are shipped directly from our physical storefront located at 13541 Lakewood Blvd, Ste 200, Downey, CA 90242.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use FedEx Live Shipping Rates based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination from our store.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are pulled directly from FedEx in real-time.

  • Weight-Based: Heavier items or multi-item orders will reflect higher shipping costs accordingly.

2. Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed at our storefront within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Once your order has been processed and picked up by FedEx from our store, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (Handling + Transit).

4. Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the high value of our products and FedEx requirements.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your FedEx tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Issues Downey Camera is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at team@downeycamera.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
