4. PAYMENT PLANS & FINANCING

We offer independent, non-credit-based payment plans to make professional equipment accessible.

  • Eligibility: All financing is subject to identity verification.

  • Restocking Fees: You acknowledge and agree that our 15% restocking fee for returns or exchanges cannot be financed and must be paid as a separate transaction via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Cash.

  • Ownership: Legal title to the products remains with the financing provider or Downey Camera until the final payment is successfully processed.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your purchase is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We offer a 14-day return window for factory-sealed, unopened items.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges to cover technical inspection. This fee may be waived for pristine, factory-sealed items at our discretion.

  • Opened or activated electronics are not eligible for return.

6. PRODUCT ACCURACY AND PRICING

We strive for 100% accuracy; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

7. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
