At Downey Camera – A Mac Star Company, we take pride in offering high-quality products and great customer service. To maintain fairness and product integrity for all our customers, we have the following return and exchange policy in place:
All Sales Are Final – No Returns
We do not accept returns on any purchases. All sales—whether made in-store or online—are final. This applies to:
- New and used cameras
- Computers, accessories, and equipment
- Items purchased with or without a payment plan
We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before purchasing or upon delivery.
7-Day Exchange Policy
While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item must be in brand new condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- Item must not show signs of use, damage, or wear
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved exchanges
If an item does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be declined.
Inspect Your Items Carefully
We strongly recommend inspecting your items at the time of purchase or delivery. If you notice a problem or believe the product is defective, please contact us within the 7-day exchange window.
