The Atomos Ninja Monitor delivers a bright and detailed 5.2″ HDR touchscreen that shines at 1000 nits. It supports 4Kp60 recording in ProRes, ProRes RAW, DNxHD, and H.265 formats. With support for recording up to 6K RAW over HDMI from select cameras, this monitor combines monitoring and recording in one compact device.

User Interface and Tools

AtomOS 11 powers the Ninja with a modern, efficient interface and a suite of advanced assist tools. These include Focus Peaking, Waveform, False Color, EL Zone exposure overlays, RecordAssist, SegmentPro, and Cine Guides, making composition and exposure intuitive and accurate.

Storage and Expansion Options

This monitor records directly to SSDmini drives or 2.5″ drives via Master Caddy II/III. It also supports modular expansion using Atomos Connect for Wi‑Fi, 12G‑SDI, NDI, remote control, and cloud workflows. AtomX Cast expands capabilities for multi‑source switching and streaming.

Compatibility and Accessories

The Ninja fits seamlessly into many workflows. It is compatible with a wide range of HDMI cameras and uses existing Ninja V accessories. Expand it with the Atomos Connect module or other AtomX accessories for added functionality and connectivity.
