At Downey Camera – A Mac Star Company, we take pride in offering high-quality products and great customer service. To maintain fairness and product integrity for all our customers, we have the following return and exchange policy in place:


🔁 All Sales Are Final – No Returns

We do not accept returns on any purchases. All sales—whether made in-store or online—are final. This applies to:

  • New and used cameras
  • Computers, accessories, and equipment
  • Items purchased with or without a payment plan

We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before purchasing or upon delivery.


🔄 7-Day Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in brand new condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
  • Item must not show signs of use, damage, or wear
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved exchanges

If an item does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be declined.


📦 Inspect Your Items Carefully

We strongly recommend inspecting your items at the time of purchase or delivery. If you notice a problem or believe the product is defective, please contact us within the 7-day exchange window.
